To what locations do you offer shipping?
We offer shipping to all fifty US states. Sorry, we do not ship internationally.
Please provide a valid and accurate UPS shipping address when placing your order. Requests for shipping to an alternate address after order placement may not be honored.
When and how will you ship my order?
Gum paste decorations usually ship within 2 - 3 business days. (Mondays and Thursdays are our regular ship days.) Cookie favors ship on the date you specify when ordering. We ship via UPS, using the method you choose upon checkout.
What ship date and method should I choose for my cookie favors?
We recommend choosing a ship date and method that will have your favors delivered within three days after shipping and two to five business days prior to your event. (See map below, or contact UPS for transit time from zip 71730.)
Orders totaling $100.00+ may require a signature for delivery.
Though rare, transit delays can occur. We are not responsible for late deliveries caused by conditions beyond our control.

What is your Cancellation / Returns Policy?
Cookies: For cookie orders, changes or cancellations are not possible after work has begun on your order. Work may begin as early as 30 days prior to your ship date. Any cancellation in part or in full will be charged a 10% cancellation fee, plus any payment processing fees that are not refunded to us by our payment processor.
Cookies and Gum Paste Decorations: All sales are final -- NO RETURNS.
What if my order is damaged or lost during shipping?
If gum paste items are damaged beyond useability during shipping, we will replace your order in part or in full, depending on the extent of damage. (Quantities are listed for each kit, and some extras are included with each order. If the amount of breakage does not exceed the amount of extras, no adjustments will be made.)
If cookie favors are damaged beyond useability during shipping, a refund will be given only for that part of the order that is damaged.
For all items, proof of breakage, either by return or photograph, will be required before an adjustment is made. Please inspect your order upon arrival and notify us immediately of any problems. Retain all packaging and contents until the issue has been resolved with the shipper.
Adjustments or refunds for lost or damaged orders will be made only after the issue is resolved with the shipper. Please provide a valid and accurate UPS shipping address when placing your order. Requests for shipping to an alternate address after order placement may not be honored.

How should I store and use my gum paste decorations?
Inspect your order upon delivery, and notify us immediately of any problems. Store in original packaging at dry room temperature and out of light to avoid fading. Protect from insects and other pests. Gum paste decorations keep indefinitely if stored properly.
Arrange on cakes with dabs of fresh icing.
Gum paste decorations are for decorative purposes only. They are NOT intended as a food and should be removed before serving.
What is the shelf life of your cookies?
For freshest taste, our cookies should be eaten within 7 - 10 days of their ship date. As with any baked good, the fresher they are when eaten, the better they will taste.
What are the ingredients of your cookies?
Cookie Ingredients: Sugar, flour, shortening, butter, eggs and egg products, salt, monocalcium phosphate, bicarbonate of soda, cornstarch, corn syrup, natural and artificial flavors, and USFDA approved colors. Our cookies are NOT certified Kosher, and they should NOT be consumed by individuals with food allergies.
Can I order a sample of your cookies?
We do offer samples of our cookie favors. No design choice is available, as they are primarily for judging taste and overall quality. Purchase of a sample does not guarantee availability of a full order for your event date.
Do you offer wholesale pricing, volume discounts, or drop-shipping?
